Day 1 (Wine) 
Our first wine tasting to kick off your tour will be at Morgenster Olive Farm and Winery, a thriving olive and wine farm in the Helderberg region of Stellenbosch, producing Bordeaux-style wines and award-winning extra virgin olive oil and olive products.
Then we drive along the Helderberg to Avontuur Wine and Thoroughbred Estate, home of fine wines and fast horses for a tasting.
Delaire Graff Estate, situated on the highest crest of the magniicent Helshoogte Mountain Pass, boasts a cellar with major accolades, superlative restaurant and deluxe wine tasting lounge, an impresive art collection and grounds enjoying over 300 indigenous, water-wise plants, trees and flowers.

Day 2 (Golf and Wine)*
After yesterday's indulgences, it’s time to take to the links. Kick start your day with a morning round of golf at the breathtakingly beautiful De Zalze Golf Estate, with its fairways surrounded by fields of lavender, groves of olives and vineyards.
For our first wine tasting we drive to the Golden Triangle of Stellenbosch to the landmark cellar of Dornier, which has recently received an award for its architecture, which is a sinuous assemblage of brick, steel and glass, by the Great Wine Capitals of the World organization. The philosophy of the estate founder, Christof Dornier is exemplified in the fusion wines as well as in his displayed art works. Before we taste their wines, we have a lunch stop at the Bodega Restaurant (for your own account).
